These shipping rates are not applicable for orders shipped outside of the US. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise; taxes and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping total.

Our Shipping Process

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, publicstreetwear.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. For Domestic orders, please allow 3-5 business days of processing and 5-7 days of processing for International orders.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship to all countries outside of the United States. Shipping rates will vary based on weight and size of item(s) ordered. Please allow 5-7 days of processing.

If you are in the Eugene, Oregon area, in-store pickup is completely free. Just select “Store Pickup” at checkout.

Can I change my Order?

If you would like to exchange an item before an item is shipped, please email orders@publicstreetwear.com to initiate a exchange.

Return Policy

Exchanges only. Refunds not available. If you would like to exchange an Item, please email orders@publicstreetwear.com to initiate an exchange or bring your item into the store. 

What Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept the following types of credit card payments: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as Apple Pay. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region.

Sales Tax

In some instances, we are required to collect sales tax in states as required. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.
